So this is my 2nd week of this #abworkout and let me tell you it's been crazy lol. I FINALLY realized I was doing the spider plank incorrectly so once I corrected it I began to feel the burn again. lol
Honestly I feel a difference when I do these 10-min exercise daily but I also see a change in how my body looks, subtle changes but I notice them. I can't wait to see what day 30 will look like!
