So I decided it was FINALLY time for me to include exercise into my daily life. I really am not a person who generally works out. Ok I NEVER work out so I changed my diet first to help with my weightloss.
I found Pamela Reif when I was looking for beginner workouts and babyyyyyy, she's trying to kill me lol
I've been on keto for a full year and began to transition off to maintain the weight I am currently and to firm up my body. I decided this was a simple way to include exercise in my life to start.
I think I screwed up my measurements in terms of placement but going forward I will be measuring the same areas until I completed this challenge to maintain consistency.
Day 1:
on waist : 32in
under bra : 34in
mid section : 29in
Day 7 :
on wasit ( scar area) : 32.5 in
Underbra : 30.5 in
Mid section : 28in
