Fresh Pineapple Shrikhand | Pineapple matho | Fresh pineapple yogurt Pineaaple yogurt/shrikhand is made from fresh pineapple , hung curd and sweetener(sugar). Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks 1/4 cup +2 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup hung curd Hand 1 cup curd in a cotton cloth and hang it somewhere to drip overnight( atleast 7-8 hours) First cook pineapple chunks with 1/4 cup of sugar. Cook for 10- 15 minutes. let the pineapple cool for a while. Then churn it in blender in desired consistency (chunks/puree). Add hung curd and 2 tbsp sugar and blend well. Serve chilled topped with remaining pineapple.Enjoy!!!!! This recipe makes a cup of shrikhand/yogurt.
