Why It Is Very Difficult To Kill Higher Level Enemy in Assassin's Creed

It's so frustrating. Even an arrow of someone 4-5 levels above you decreases your health by more than half! EXPLANATION: At 0:27 you can see that I did a damage of 567 to a level 8 guard. Then I shot a level 20 (not shown in video but that is his level) using the same arrow at 0:31 and he got only 10 damage! At 1:10 you can see that my hidden blade damage is 2123 but the level 20 Phylakes got a damage of only 106 by it (see 1:22). Hence, Assassin's Creed games intentionally decreases your damage if you're trying to fight a higher level NPC and if a higher level NPC attacks you then his/her damage is increases significantly.
