In Bangkok, I heard that the cheapest way to get to Don Mueang Airport (train station) is by bus from Mo Chit station so I took the bus. However, there were traffic jams, so I think it is better to take the train in general. I failed because I booked the train at the last minute, but if possible, it is better to book a lower seat. The reason is that you have a window and it is supposed to be a little more comfortable.
