Ginataang Isda/Sinanglay na Isda
Ingredients;
1 kl.fish
(can use other kinds of fish like tilapia or tulingan)
1 can coconut milk(2 cups coconut milk)
1 bunch bok choy/petchay
1~2 pcs big tomatoes(diced)
1 medium size onion(chopped)
4 gloves garlic
thumb size ginger
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce or salt
(add more depend on your taste)
1 tsp granulated sugar
ground black pepper
Cooking time about 30 minutes
