We make vegan twix into a healthy twix bar, healthy snickers bar and a healthy reeses cup. So if you love healthy dessert recipes then you will love this video right in time for halloween. Enjoy these healthy dessert recipes that are also gluten free desserts and paleo desserts too! #healthydesserts #keepupwithliv #glutenfree Healthy Twix Bars crust: 1 cup almond flour 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple bake at 350F for 12 mins Caramel: - 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup nut butter - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 1 tsp vanilla - pinch salt Freeze 1 hr, then cover in melted chocolate home-made paleo chocolate: 3 tbsp melted coconut oil to 1/4 cup cacao Healthy Snickers Bars - 1 cup dates - 2 tbsp nut butter - 1 tsp vanilla Crust: - 2/3 cup almond flour - 1/4 of the caramel mixture - 1/4 cup cashews or peanuts - melted chocolate or homemade paleo chocolate Healthy Reeses Cups - 3/4 cup nut butter - 3 tbsp coconut flour - 2 tbsp maple syrup - melted chocolate --------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: all opinions are my own. I love that you make a really easy melted chocolate......cacao and coconut oil....2 of my favourite things....super easy way to make a delicious dark, non dairy chocolate. I also love this because it's on the bitter side, which balances out the sweetness of the inside of these treats. You always come up with some amazing things to eat, especially sweets, that are always easy to make, and good for you.....bonus. ...
