1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
¾ tbsp Mustard oil
Second set of Ingredients(Whole Garam Masala):
1 Javitri (Mace)
12-15 Laung (Cloves)
2 inch DalCheeni (Cinnamon)
7-8 Choti Elaichi (Green Cardamon)
12-15 Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
2 Tez patta (Bay leaves)
Third set of Ingredients:
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 ½ Jeera (Cumin) powder
1 tsp Sugar (Cheeni)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
4 green chilis
3 medium size Onion(grated)
3 medium size tomatoes (grated)
1 tsp homemade Garam Masala
