Curd/Dahi: 1/2 cup
Pure Ghee/Desi Ghee: 1tbsp
GingerGarlic Paste: 1tsp
Turmeric/Haldi Powder: 1/4tsp
Salt/Namak: 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder/Laal Mirch: 1tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2tbs

chopped Coriander leaves/Dhania: few
