@classicalmusic11754 years ago Why does the UK medal count not move after 2008? The UK finished 3rd in 2012 and 2nd in 2016. That's over 100 medals missing. 212
  • @
@BillGraper3 years ago The USA always has the most medals of all countries in the Olympics. We prove it EVERY single time that we have the best athletes overall in the world. 🇺🇸 41

@manuelalejandrovazquezespi81095 years ago It was a great idea that you kept the former countries on the list to see the comparison with the new ones. A new subscritor here. 👍👍👍 6

@mr.kingofphenomenal46295 years ago I think the main reason why the USA wins so much is that, United States is a very diverse nation having people who have a variety of genetics from different races which gives them the advantage. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 ... 5

@rymtotheprime113 years ago Countries outside the US:
“The US only has so many medals because of population”
    USA: around 350 million
    China: around 1.6 billion
    India: around 1.2 billion
We have the best athletes quit living in denial, the medal count isn’t even close, the Soviet Union had like 12 other countries in it and still couldn’t catch up
    Cry about it

@mm287785 years ago The US also used college athletes in basketball up until the 90s because there was a dumb rule which didn’t allow professionals. It’s really impressive. 36

@Chris-ln6so5 years ago Hang on - the UK doesn’t add any medals in 2012 (it’s home Olympics, where it finished third in the medal table) or 2016 (where it finished second)? 65
  • @
@alcostello61143 years ago Keep in mind the US with exception to a few sports only uses amateurs who have to make their own way and pay for things themselves if they can’t get a sponsorship. The Soviet Union, China, NK, they use professional athletes that have the Government take care of everything for them. Yet they still can’t beat the Us. ... 20

@johanfalk28755 years ago If you think about it per capita, Hungary, Sweden and the Dutch are pretty impressive. America has the medal count by far but then again we send a ship load of athletes and compete in every sport. Good job to smaller countries! ... 33

@nikueltom73144 years ago The USSR has not existed for almost thirty years, but still in second place! 34
  • @
@tronalddump65285 years ago This doesn’t make any sense because the countries didn’t start to participate in Olympic Games since the same year. For example Japan only started to participate in OG since 1924 while China only started since 1984 34

@rachidader62265 years ago Hi, I really like your video. She is beautiful, especially the flags of the countries. I need to present such a video in my work. I wanted to do it with "Flourish" tab "Captions". But the problem is that this tab "Captions" gives me a rectangle format with "Border". Can you help me please and tell me how to do it? I will be very grateful. Thank you very much ...

@henrichvonstaufenberg48415 years ago This ranking is completely false...... guyz search on the Internet and you will see that these numbers are not even close...... for example Canada has only 301 medals, USA in the 2 thousands..... even if you add the winter games it doesn’t reach these numbers..... USA had 305 in the winter their total doesn’t surpass the 2 thousands..... ... 3
