Peanut, Lotus Root and Arrowroot Soup ● Homemade Recipe Ingredients: 800g Lotus Root 400g Arrowroot 100g peanut 400g meat or 2 chicken carcass 10g Dried Cuttlefish 9 pieces Red Date 4 litres Water Salt to taste 1 litres water to blanch meat/chicken Steps: Wash lotus root and arrowroot and cut to about 5mm slices Remove seed from the red dates Soak peanut in hot water for 10 minutes Soak dried cuttlefish in hot water for 1 minute Cut to about 2 inches square Bring to boil 1 litre water Add chicken and boil for 2 minutes Remove and set aside Bring to boil 4 litres water Add the blanched chicken, dried cuttlefish, red dates, lotus root, arrowroot and peanut Lower to medium heat, cover and boil for at least 2 hours Add salt to taste FOLLOW US ON: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/My-Mommy-Cooking-807759082719067/ Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/my_mommy_cooking/ SUBSCRIBE US: /channel/UCFSQN1-McJPXOngZa0dtebQ
