1 cup of Ginger garlic & onion
1 cup of tomato paste
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Red chilli Powder
1/4 tsp of Chilli flakes
1/4 tsp of Kashmiri red Chilli
1/2 tsp of Haldi (turmeric)
1/4 tsp of Amchoor ( dry mango powder )
Kasuri methi ( fenugreek leaves )
1/2 tsp of Masala ( spices )
