@cfmurphy572 years ago Been sober now 9 years and I am 64. Best thing I ever did. I still take blood pressure meds everyday. AA has chapters all over if you need help with staying sober. 3

@arkman81092 years ago I've never been a big drinker my wife passed in 2012.
So I changed my life and the first thing I did was slowed way down on drinking, now it's a beer once in a blue moon.
I feel worse even after one beer the morning after.
Now I'd just rather not even have a beer. ... 2

Remember there’ is no diet alcohol one of the main ingredients other than water is SUGAR and I know you guys haven’t drank any pop or other sugar drinks for a long time. Keep up the great videos. ...
