1) You didn't remove yaoi and trap doujins
2) You didn't remove futanari titles, because we do not know the biology behind their reproductive system
3) You didn't count amount of females in each separate title
4) You didn't count titles where females are impregnated by non humans
5) You didn't count doujins where non humans are impregnated
6) You didn't separate titles, where there is not enough "screen time" to determine pregnancy or female protagonist dies
7) You didn't count doujins, where condoms or other contraceptives are used
Edit: 8) Also you didn't separate doujins, where female's reproductive system is not yet developed, despite reaching legal age.

To begin with, of the roughly 300k douiin, you should have only considered those with the Nakadashi tag, so the ones where a guy or a futa comes inside. You might also want to exclude the futa tag from your findings, as futa aren't men, but this is of course a decision that is down to personal philosophy.
Then, you have to take the loli tag for a little sample. Some loli are at an age where they can get pregnant, others aren't. You have to run with a big enough sample to figure out an accurate enough number of loli doujin that can count towards the number of doujin where pregnancies could occur. Of course, you will also have to account for the small number of loli doujin where a girl gets pregnant, even though it shouldn't physically be possible for her to conceive. The same should be done for milfs to some extent, because there may be a small number of milfs who cant get knocked up no more. Grannies are the same case as loli, but they are so small in number compared to loli that they are almost negligible. Also, they are hard to isolate from loli to begin with, as lolibaba is a thing that exists.
Another thing to consider is wether or not tou want to include parodies in your calculations, as they may be unreliable representations of the characters
Lastly, you will have to account for female fertility. Differing ages co.e with different fertility, so I suggest that once again you isolate loli, JK, milf and grannies and consider real life findings. Also consider that depending of the state of their menstrual cycle, a woman may be more fertile one day and less fertile on another. It is also necessary to account for doujin were several women get pregnant
Once you have isolated these numbers, you can reach the true answer to the question of how fertile doujin protagonists are.

The better path is to subtract "Females Only," since this accounts for MFF three-ways and other mostly het combinations and also doesn't remove futa yuri ... 123
