Cardio warm-up
No equipment / of course it's better on big screen ;)
You can run at the same pace throughout the video but for a warm-up I advise you to vary the pace. For that , you can follow the indications at the bottom left of the screen.
The proposed exercises are:
Classic run
Buttkicks run (when it goes down)
Fast run
High knees run (when it goes up)
You can also use it at the end of the session
I created this kind of warm-up because a lot of people are stranded in their homes due to the pandemic, others don't like running or can't so I hope it makes you happy
I specify this warm-up does not replace a general warm-up of the whole body but it is great in addition;)
Perfect warm-up for just your legs workout or before running outdoor
