What does it take to make an Off Grid Hockey Rink

It may seem pretty simple....but what does it take to make an off grid hockey rink? We've been on this off grid homestead for 10 years now and we are finally working on one of our dream projects. It's a lot of time and money but we view it as an investment in our kids and our health, 'cause hockey is healthy!! So what does it take to make an off grid hockey rink? To make it happen we logged and cleared an additional 1/3 acre, levelled a 70'x110' rink area and dug a 100,000 gallon pond, moving 100's of tons of dirt in the process. Then we need to actually flood the rink a half dozen times before the first skate....
