- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar; optional
- 1/4 tsp salt; optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 tbsp water
Oatmeal Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt; optional
- 3/4 cup plant milk *sub water*
