In this video, I directly compare the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 2 with the Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% 2 to see which shoe is the fastest for me. I did this by analysing running in each shoe for 5K at about my marathon pace in succession and then did so again on a shorter loop but at a faster pace.
